YA'LL MAKIN' ME LAUGH WITH THIS "MAINSTREAM" SHIT......THAT COULDN'T BE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH.....IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT, COOL.......BUT IT SURE IN THE FUCK AIN'T MAINSTREAM......WHAT SONGS DO YOU HEAR PLAYED IN REGULAR ROTATION ON THE RADIO THAT SOUND LIKE THE TRACKS I DID ON NE5????............NONE THAT I KNOW OF.....AND EVEN IF YOU YOURSELF HEAR A SIMILARITY BETWEEN A SONG WE'VE DONE AND A ROTATED SONG ON THE RADIO, OUR SUBJECT MATTER TENDS TO BE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT.........NOW THAT DOESN'T MEAN THEY SHOULDN'T BE PLAYIN' OUR SHIT ON THE RADIO 'CAUSE SOME MAINSTREAM MONEY COULD SURELY BE PUT TO GOOD USE RIGHT NOW.............BUT "MAINSTREAM", THAT IT AIN'T HOMIE.

I THINK SOME PEOPLE'S DEFINITION OF MAINSTREAM IS MUSIC THAT IS MORE UPBEAT. I THINK IT'S BECAUSE IT SOUNDS NOTHING LIKE THE OTHER NORTHERN EXPOZURES WHICH ISN'T A BAD THING. PEOPLE JUST WANNA KEEP HEARING MUSIC THAT'S SIMILAR TO THE OLD MATERIAL. AND THE LYRICS DON'T SOUND A BIT SOFTER TO ME. I LIKE THE NEW ALBUMS JUST AS MUCH AS THE OTHERS BUT THAT'S JUST MY OPINION.

if it wasn't for wood lil coner and drew id be listening to strait oldies. all of you can hate if you want to but listen to what is out there to chose from. i'm always buying oldies or rap music from the mid nineties. ain't nothing new but what the homeboys putting out worth buying. ain't no way that shit going to be mainstream. and there ain't no way im a nut rider cuz when i met woodie, oso & lil coner i showed them respect and moved on. so cop it and form your own opinion don't be influenced by what the next man say

if i had a choice between buying NE5 or buying a new album that T-Rock from the ATL is expected to drop soon, im choosing T-Rock regardless of wut i've heard about NE5. point is, there is a world of sick rappers out there Chango. everyone forms their own opinion on rappers. you may not like anything but oldies and Woodie, Tokztero, and Oso. look deeper and look into different regions. Woodie and ECCR are not the only ones dropping hot shit. look at the Mid-West and the Dirty South. there's talent oozing out the frame in those regions. so to respond wut you said:

that's an opinion, and probably one that is not shared among many people.

i agree with what fatal said, but it's hard to get into shit from other areas, especially if you don't know people who own them albums you know? I listen to a lot of shit from texas, but i likely wouldn't at all if i didn't live in oklahoma for a minute, but yeah, there is plenty of shit nationwide that should get some slap in the ride

fatal and chris, yall wanna get a room together? LOL
im just fuckin with you.
This album is coo, i was impressed with the los song. Ammunitions song is something to ride to on a late night.
I didnt like the lou e lou song at all, but ive come to expect that.
Bdawg came through as usual.
Act accordingly sounds something off of demonz n my sleep, which i cool.
I cant listen to the young az song and take it seriously.
That one song with lou e liu woodie, xo and suspects is the only mainstream sounding song in my opinion.

yea, so this NE isnt as "gangsta" sounding, but its still good music that people should buy.

wasnt really feelin NE5...itz koo n all but i expected more from it. i mostly bump Open Woundz and Norte Sidin II. i also expected tha Norte Sidin II jam to be better. im feelin tha lyricsz n shit but tha beat aint all koo. NE1s still tha best NE volume in my opinion. also ammunition, highyellablack, n young A.Z. coulda done better too.
