I'll give a vote to L.D.S for MOD. He seems like a pretty cool dude, even though he still owes me a beer from the springfield show. Oh yea LDS I just checked my email and come to find out that Korey@strange had emailed me on the 12th and the 15th to set up some tickets and to meet Tech at the springfield show but i guess i need to check my email more, I guess thats why Travis was expecting me when I saw him at the entrance, could have saved myself 30 bucks and probably would have been on the tour bus earlier to get to hear more of "Killer"

Yeah I feel like a dumb ass for not checking my email but it still hella cool to know that they were trying to hook me up and shit. I saw the Sobman reaction clip that Sawyer posted and immediately saw your big ass head in the mirror in the background.

There is a reason Absolute Power is the best selling Tech N9ne album to date (to my knowledge)... four singles, all pushed at radio, including videos for Slacker & Imma Tell (Here Comes Tecca Nina's video doesn't count). The FTI Movement didn't hurt, but IMO, a better effort was served up overall.

... and the fact they had four years to push the sales of that album. Yes, in that span, there was the release of Vintage Tech, but seriously...

there wasnt a span of 4 years before the absolutepower album? But dudes right its the best selling album due to them trying to make it sell. Pushin for radio and video play and actually gettin promo to people that would promote(not sell or jus let it sit around).

PS-Im still waitin on promo shit for SPRINGFIELD MO. I still havent seen 1 sampler that has been put out...

I tried to get promo shit for Everready, and this time around for the show here and samplers and got no where...but yet i go to this hole in the wall here called Creeker's where this stereotypical wanna be DJs in the "club" portion of the bar where at most ive seen 20 people at one time

ive been going there for over 6 months, never knew dude was a street promoter for Strange until i saw his car had a Strange decal a few weeks back and saw him hand out 1 Prozak/Tech sampler...never seen him DJ and heard anything from Strange

I gave up on doing the promo shit awhile ago, I dont care and with the job i just got i dont have the time to do it, but pick your street promoters a little bit better

They lost 90% of the money they used on advertising from AP. His music sold that album. Not the ads on tv.
