at the risk of speaking for everyone in this thread...
We rep the chargers because it belongs to San Diego..
You rep the raiders because bieng a representitive of your city 100% takes a backseat to being a sports fan.
and you could have "east dago" written on your back and a SD logo...im just sayin....you go to another city and those people are at the stadium because they represent they city..not because its the hottest team..
so at the end of the day.....your raider loving should be second to your city if your born and raised here..just based off of the fact that historically the two are rivals.

The players arent from SD the owners arent from SD...and at any given moment both could up and move somewhere else. Gas has said hes not really a sports fan so that in and of itself is all I need to know on the subject...and fighting somebody over a football game? I'm way too old to be physically fighting a dude at Qualcom because one set of millionaires beat another set in a game.
its not about the players or the owners its about the fact that the name of the city is connected to the football team.
if you need it broke down farther, its the fact that your city fills that stadium. its an event for people to get out and be with their city and support their cities team. you aint gotta be john madden to do that.
next time you get a chance to go to a chargers game (i went to every game for two years straight since i worked there) take note of the people at the game. not everyone is a sports fan. people are going to the game because its a san diego event. do you understand that?
halftime they usually bring in kids from san diego.....
i could give a fuck about the meaning of thanksgiving or xmas either, its just to kick it with fam. get me?
and its not that im not a sports fan, its just that im not gonna watch the game sunday..and im not gonna be remembering statistics and shit...you wont catch me driving 700 miles to see them or any of that.

and when the chargers leave san diego, thats when i'll no longer rep them. i already said at the beginning of this..id rather be a san diegan and losea football game than be a new englander and win a game...and if you cant feel me on that, i dunno what ta tell ya.

i just think alot of peoples intentions in that is bandwagoning. like all those laker fans arent repping as hard as they were with the jerseys when shaq and kobe was dominating in that bitch..

so if you find a team that you really respect because say alot of key players ended up on that team years later, and they really started doing good, can that be your team all the sudden?
thats just a totally different level in bieng a sports fan than the dudes who are at the game after the 8 consecutive loss in below freezing weather yelling his ass off
