All I would have to say is that I am using them for scholarly purposes (IE. Homework) and boom, your case suddenly holds no merit. All I would need to do is provide some sort of made up circumstantial evidence or bullshit corroborative evidence. You on the other hand would have to disprove this, which would be impossible with anything less than some sort of confession that I am *not* using your photos for some type of scholarly use.

You fucking idiot. Next time learn a few things about copy right laws and the MANY loopholes one can use to exempt any party from aquiring your permission to use your bullshit.
