Each city has their own style and their own way of doing things.The valley and the bay like oaklone and San Fran always had respect for each other.I guess in more of their being people in the bay in Sacra and the people from Sacra being up in the bay.

I used to stay out in Concord, Sacra and Gilas which are way less expensive but this is home. But yeah hella people have moved out to Sacra, Modesto from San Jo because of the prices.

Nah, I live in the older part across I-80. Those hit for like $1k for a 1bdrm. Their hella nice, but I would rather pay that much for a house in Gardenland.
