the palmer trade, clock mismanagement, the penalties, his loud mouth/ego were all contributing factors that led to Hue being fired its not hard to see idk why everyone is having trouble seeing that.

Dont you think it kinda defeats the purpose of ignoring someone if you bring them up? Let it go, bro...Stuff like this is why people get on your case when you say dumb stuff...

Shut the fuck up cuz..You didnt even know your team would make major noise this year.(no one did)!!! You cant put a timetable on things yet cuz we are far from done when it comes to making moves, fuck your 2 season predection shit could pop next year...Our defense is what needs help..

If you watched our games you would know that the timing was off between palmer and our WR's..Once they get the timing right and palmer still cant deliver..the a decision should be made...Dont write him off after 8 games and half a year off..fuck outta here...We shouldnt have given up all we did for him, but to say palmer is trash shows you dont know shit.....

lmao@timing was off ..

no son! IT WAS BECAUSE THE RECEIVERS DIDN'T HAVE A CHEMISTRY WITH PALMER!

Some of the receivers weren't excited about Palmer and Hue ... so if you think it was timing, you are delusional as fuck..

Palmer is part of the problem why the raiders lost as well, look at all those turnovers and TD's during the raiders season lol..

LMAO@TIMING ha ha

And I knew the 49ers were going to do good and end up with a good record and be in the playoffs..

ask Solitary 1 ... I was confident about many of the bets I made before the season started..

anyhow, good luck to the Raiders and their road to building a future..that side of the bay needs it..

This move disappoints me, although I think both Hue and the Raiders will be fine. This is just one of those unfortunate situations. Reggie changing everything from the top-down.

Hue is a dope play-caller. Watch him end up in SF as the OC.

I've always been a Hue guy. And this is why -

View attachment 107766

I don't see him ending up in SF as an OC ... but could happen ...

I always thought Hue was better as OC than HC ... but he lost his team when the trade was made, to me it looked like most of the team gave up and were like "FUCK YOU HUE" ...

but with this dude McKenzie, he's a solid dude and is ready to fix the broken base of the raiders organization..

I like how he said it at the end "I'm home" ... and on top of that Mark Davis been having John Madden as his adviser when it comes to football, that's a great move.

So in 2 seasons, I say the raiders will be in the playoffs...

Yup, I agree. Raiders time is coming. IMO it won't be next year, but I wouldn't be surprised seeing as how it doesn't take much in this league once you bring in the correct football people to right the ship. Some of the younger pieces are there(receivers, O-line). McKenzie not only has the credentials and knowledge, but he's already made a good move. I called this shit weeks ago way before the season ended. Hue is NOT a good coach. Motherfucker thought he was Al Davis or something. He was a solid oc, but horrible head coach. Kind of reminds me how Singletary looked ok the first year, but the year after we saw the real retard that he was(obviously Hue is not as dumb as Singletary).

McKenzie is doing it the right way. He's bringing people that share not only his philosophy on how the game is to be played, but what type of players are the ones to play it. It all starts at the top with the GM and trickles down to the coaches and players. It has to be one big ass unit, not the diva coach/wannabe GM and then his team. This is exact reason why Baalke and Harbaugh work. They both share the same football philosophy and the type of players they want.

so now hue is acting real salty and trying to say it was mark that fired him, not mckenzie. like it matters anyway.

as for hue losing the locker room. according to seymour, that ain't true.

Some media members have since speculated that Jackson’s comments caused him to lose the football team, a perception with which he quarreled strongly on Tuesday. “You can call any players you want,” Jackson said. “I never lost the team. The defense didn’t finish, and I said something. But lost the locker room? [Expletive] no.”

Veteran defensive end Richard Seymour agreed that Jackson didn’t lose the support of his players.

“No, not at all,” Seymour said Tuesday from his offseason home in Georgia. “I didn’t hear any rumblings about that. I heard news reports make more of a deal about it than it actually was. I feel like Hue did a good job and made great strides as a coach.”

And you think Palmer is the answer? NO MY FRIEND, HE'S NOT!

He was brought in by Hue Jackson out of desperation! Why you think NO TEAM PICKED HIM WHEN HE WAS ON THE COUCH?

because he's been done for a while, stop being delusional my dude..

I really do hope McKenzie does get rid of Palmer and brings in a QB with a future ....
because tha bengals wouldn't trade him! why you think Hue gave up tha farm.. that was tha only way Bengals would budge.. Carson woulda remained retired until tha offseason once his contract expired..

I hope McKenzie sees Pryor as our future QB..

A smart gm would of probably gotten Kyle Orton who could be had for peanuts. It's not like Carson Palmer was Brees or Rodgers. He's a solid qb, but not a great one and nowhere near worth the cost. In the end it was one of the reasons it cost Hue his ass and ended up hurting the Raiders more than it helped especially for the new GM.

Al would've got orton just to beat the broncos with him

Most of the posts in this thread are either "I think this is gonna happen" or "I knew this was gonna happen, and (insert Raider) sucks"...

Anyways, I think it's awesome that Lloyd Chrstmas held a press conference to announce Sinbad as our new GM.

as I said before... I would be okay with Jackson sticking around, or Jackson being fired. It's not all about how good Hue did as a coach, you have to look at McKenzie being able to work with Hue. If McKenzie doesn't feel him and Hue share the same philosophies and fit with his vision of the organization... why keep him around???

usually when a GM is hired, he's gonna bring in his own staff. that's how shit works in the NFL.

I know us Raiders fans aren't used to seeing teams do things the normal way, but this is normal... and it's what happens. I know some of you guys are just thinking... "Ok we fired ANOTHER coach" but this is completely different... COMPLETELY DIFFERENT

if Al Davis was still alive and fired Hue, I'd probably be pissed, only because Al hired him... McKenzie didn't hire him, so why should he keep him around?

you guys need to have some faith in this guy... he's gotten nothing but praise from everyone around the league. we're finally operating like a professional football team should be

peace Hue and welcome to the Nation McKenzie

wow, you really went out on a limb with that prediction.
Guessing a teams record does not mean you arent dumb. Most people were predicting a record similar to that.

Not only are you dumb, you suck at arguing and miss the point a lot of the time. Hit up DVC or something forreal
