clear channel stopped carrying his show. he wasnt fired, he still has his show and still has his job, and if those metro areas are so important any other NON clear channel radio station can go and pick up his show.

well i listen to his show daily and if stern can get his millions of fans to back him...bush will not have a second term. now stern makes a good arguement...colon powell's son being the head of the FCC and clear channel being "in bed" with the pres...but i i dont think many take his ranting as nothing more than just paranoid prattling. im not gonna take sides in this situation...i dont know what the hell is going on...but it would look shady if he got pulled on all fronts. wether you like howard of not ...the big picture is that free speech is bing threatened. after howard..who's next. im hearing cable channels like HBO...the channels that you pay money for may be regulated for all things that are obscene of indecent. shits not looking good. lets see how fast this becomes a communist nation. once again...im looking at the big picture...and freedom of speech is like one most basic rights.

Fuck the Bush administration...America doesn't even seem like a "free" country anymore with all these restrictions coming about. I know a lot of people that don't like him and want him out of presidency come November. I just hope it's enough to get 'em the hell outta office. :angry:

are you sure that number is accruate. i heard Rush was #1 at 20 million listeners, and Hannity #2 at 15 million, Dr Laura #3 at 10 million, and Mike Savage #4 at 7 million.
