How much would you pay for a feature..?? how much should homeboys charge homeboys???

Anybody in the business of music....pays. Period. Including people from the 831. And i happend to know people on this thread that have paid over $1000....even more but it dont matter...just saying when you think its worth it, for whatever reason....handle it. Who cares what people think about it, as long as you thought it was what you wanted. If not, keep it moving. Obviously that means you werent fucking with it. It happens alot. Alot of people get features and dont really know how to market their new product so it dont turn out to be a good investment in the end. Be mad at yourself. Everybody charges. This is a business. I dont need it if you aint with me.
ill pay $20 for each homie out here thats heard of the artist. sadly the only two that woulda got paid have passed on. outside northern cali theres not a huge market for homeboy rap. maybe a few homies here and there, germany and japan.most homies arnt known outside those areas. how big of a factor is the feature going to impact the sales? that should determine the price. i find it hard to justify me to work 40 or more hours to pay someone else for whats gonna take them half an hour to do. if i do they better come correct. i can see paying for gas, studio time, and compensate the time for doing it (~$200). just my thoughts but i guess if i was a rapper id have a total different mindset on the subject

He didnt come to salinas just for your verse and only charged you 200. There were multiple verses sold that day....i remember cuz i sold some. IT DONT MATTER IF HE CAME FOR ME OR THE PRESIDENT HE CAME...smuggla aint on the track, but homie hooked it up.. he hit up slump which is good folks with him and we jumped on it regardless, he did the paro.. im pretty sure YOU HIT HIM UP TOO, .. IF YOU WANTED TO KNOW THE REAL STORY..but he slide thru elows with smugg and did it and they went there showing luv.. much luv to those folks.. The way i see it it aint about kissing ass to established black rapper's,shiit if homeboy rap/hiphop was established the way these individuals have branded thier music since the 80's,than yeah im shure they would be lining up to get a homie on a track, homie's need to start etablishing the Genre as a whole before going off end charging Ridiculous prices,$100 -$200 is the most reasonable price i can think of ,and that need's to be a homie who has,been in the game for a minute,and has a decent fan base,u wanna charge $500-$1000 a get down? c'mon homie,but again each is gonna ask what he want's,but watch the genre stay where it's at,we need to make it to the top before we start acting like the owners..
