Agenda 21 is nothing more than an economic scheme. The reason it doesn't seem like it's making the world sustainable enough fast enough is because it's about control and stifling competition, which is all it's really accomplishing outside of creating a "green culture."

Like the video a couple posts above explains. It is now 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, signed off in 2015.

Remember, this group is made up of crooks and thieves who have failed their own countrymen, women, and children, and have robbed them blind.
