It isn't in my community, neither is in your or anyone else's.
The most absurd thing in the whole situation is that what the right wing fear-mongers are trying to scare you with actually involves some quite sensible measures that should in fact be taken. But nobody has any intention to do so and you have to be totally out of your mind to think otherwise - after all, do you seriously think that if there was any serious intention to do something about our laundry list of oncvering sustainability crises, conference like Copenhagen, Durban and Rio+20 would have been such disasters?
This year the Arctic sea ice reached a record new low, almost a whole month before the melt season actually ended
Yet that was only mentioned in passing in the news and the climate issues is firmly out of the agenda of the day...

Some people here have gone completely crazy. You hear about such scary things like population control, moving people from the exurbs into more compact living arrangements, getting them off the cars and into public transportation, etc., all very sensible things that we should be actively pursuing if we are to have any chance to avert collapse. Then you hear how these horrible things are being implemented all around you. And then you look at what's actually happening and you see a war being waged by Republicans on abortion and women's rights that is barely resisted by the Democrats, you see pretty much no real effort to reduce GHG emission (the issue isn't even being talked about anymore by high-level officials, despite the rapid deterioration of the climate), the government bailed out the auto companies and the few high-speed rail and other mass-transportation projects are being derailed (how does that fit with the idea that the government is trying to force everyone to use mass transportation?), etc., etc.

Agenda 21 is nothing more than an economic scheme. The reason it doesn't seem like it's making the world sustainable enough fast enough is because it's about control and stifling competition, which is all it's really accomplishing outside of creating a "green culture."

Because every person can be categorized A or B based on whether they agree with you or not. The presentation in the OP explains it all quite well, and the presenter cites her case very well on her website by actually telling you how it IS being implemented and how it's NOT about sustainability but profits and control...which is the only way it is being implemented...which you refuse to research...because you're an A and everyone else is a B.
The woman in the video acknowledged global warming as a serious threat. Being that this thread is about the video...and you've attempted to turn it into a global warming denial thread, one can only assume you're a hacky troll. And that you didn't, in fact, watch it.
