Isn't that the point of this thread?? Name a place that you can go in California, at 8 months pregnant and say "hey can I have an abortion please?", and the fetus is 100% functional and healthy.....
I really hope that you are either a female that has been pregnant, or a doctor to actually answer this correctly.... Last time that I checked, there is one abortion clinic in San Francisco that will give what they call "Late Term Abortions" and it is up until late second trimester.
The fact that Laci Peterson and her husband PLANNED for this baby, bought it clothes and began planning it's nursery is the EXACT reason why he is getting charged with double murder...
There is a huge difference between getting pregnant unwantedly, and carrying a child you had a baby shower for....who's right is it to decide FOR Laci that this child isn't going to live anymore??

have you heard of PARTIAL-BIRTH ABORTION which is alive and LEGAL here in the UNITED STATES. if you havent then let me tell you what it is like.

1. they stick a hammer into the womans womb and crack open the babies skull
2. they take some scissors and stab the babies brains till it dies
3. they stick a vacumm into the head of the baby and suck out the brains (all this while the baby is in the body still).
4. they drug the woman to get her to go into labor at which time they deliver a baby that is completely developed. only dead

I said in California specifically... and if there is a place where that can be done in California, then can you give me the name and atleast the city of where it is located?? I really hope that you have evidence to back your point on this, because otherwise it is truly senseless.

This post is stupid because abortions are decided strictly by a woman’s choice of whether or not she wants to have a child. If a woman is murdered while she is pregnant and the baby is killed as well then that should be a double homicide because the baby was not killed by the pregnant woman's own choosing... That is what the woman’s pro-choice stance is all about. It’s up to the pregnant woman to decide if the unborn child should live, not anyone else….

So how can you charge someone for murdering something that isn't real?
1. If a woman decides to kill an unborn child it's O.K.
2. If someone else does it without her consent it's murder.
In both situations the child isn't real (in the eyes of the state).
So which is it? When is the unborn child considered a real person? You and me may be able to have double standards, but the law shouldn't.
