LOL... why because I would chose J Russell over Calvin Johnson? Or Mario Williams over Reggie Bush?
Yes.

I'd say the wrong choice would be Russell over Quinn though. Williams over Bush is not a real arguement with anyone but you.

Tony said:
Correct me if I am wrong... Your Niners play both the Saints and Panthers right? We'll see who gives your team more trouble out of Peppers and Bush. Remember this post...
I'd rather have Peppers have a good game than Bush. Period.

A good game for Peppers is a couple sacks, maybe a forced fumble.

A good game for Bush is over 100 yards rushing/receiving and a couple TDs.

End of discussion.

Well I guess Bush hasn't had too many good games then huh...

You know Peppers was selected after David Carr right? LOL

And who turned out to be the better player?

Are you serious though? That would be a typical game for Bush if you're talking about 100 yards (combined).

If Peppers has a couple of sacks and a forced fumble against the Niners y'all wouldn't stand a chance at beating the Panthers, especially in Carolina. The whole Niner offensive game plan will be about getting Peppers blocked. And if you give him 2 sacks don't forget about qb hurries, pressures and hits too...

If Bush has 100 yards combined and a few TD's y'all might still be able to beat the Saints.

Peppers>Bush all day...

I'd rather face Bush rather than have to face Peppers.

When were debating about who's the best running back in the NFL/NFC where was Bush? But then you want to compare him to the best defensive end in the league? Where did Bush place in rookie of the year voting?

And..?

Again, nothing funny about that comment.

Just like how Mario Williams was taken before Reggie Bush but Bush is the better player..

The TDs are the bigger picture. I thought you knew football..

He would ruin 2 drives at the most.

They'll just contain him. Double team him and send Norris to help on some plays. He will not be the focus of our offense. Give mea break. All they really have to do is let Alex roll out of the pocket and Peppers won't be doing SHIT. There are easy ways to avoid a defensive player, it's not so easy to make somebody like Reggie Bush a non-factor.

Only if Bush is the only player doing shit for the Saints.

A perfect example of why you'd make a HORRIBLE GM.

Tony said:

He was a rookie BACKUP. We've already discussed why that is.

Tony said:

No, YOU wanted to compare him to Peppers, not me. Get your shit straight.

But Bush is more valuable than Peppers.

Who gives a shit? That makes no difference whatsoever.

I'd be a horrible GM? LOL....

Let's see you'd take Quinn over J. Russell right?
And then you'd take a running back that doesn't even average 4 yards per carry over a defensive end like Peppers? And you call me a horrible GM?

Peppers is mutli dimensional... the same can't be said about Bush. Didn't you read what I posted from the article? NFL scouts are noticing that Bush is tentative... in other words "SOFT". The Saints know they can't line Bush behind center and hand it off to him 25 times a game like a real running back... so they gotta scheme and use him to create mismatches.

Yes.

And once again, nothing funny.

Yes.

I've been saying that since way before the draft.

Yes and yes.

Bush puts points on the board. Period.

WOW.

This arguement is over.

They look good.

And damn, Mario Williams looked hard as fuck. 1 tackle, no forced fumbles, no sacks, no INTs.. Dude looks like the real deal.

I'm done here.
Well what about your boy Reggie Bush? 10 carries 27 yards... LOL

He didn't even average 3 yards per carry. And Houston's D line is hard. That's why they're 2-0. And they got rid of that bum David Carr (who you like as well)

Houston drafted D-line in the first round two years in a row. It's paying off now isn't it? Plus they got rid of David Carr (who you thought the Raiders should have signed to draft Calvin Johnson). So that's why they're 2-0 right now.... No David Carr/Reggie Bush. They didn't need them.

Your Niner squad is the team that blew it. They could have drafted Merriman but drafted Alex Smith. LOL

You've got to be a fool to take Alex Smith over Merriman.

Damn Fatal... I bet you David Carr felt pretty stupid looking at Matt Shuab school his new team playing in the same offense and behind the same offensive line that he was in himself.... where you at?

So why is Houston winning now? Could it be because they got rid of that bum David Carr who you thought the world of?

Or could it be because they passed on Reggie (I can't run up the middle) Bush and drafted d-line first?

Or a combination of both? Holla...

Score!

Cut and pasted for your reading pleasure Fatal...

The Matt Schaub era is off to a wonderful start in Houston. As former Texans quarterback David Carr watched from the Carolina sidelines Sunday, Schaub — the current Texans gunslinger — played a near perfect game. The ex-Falcon went 20-of-28 for 227 yards and tossed two touchdowns in Houston's 34-21 win. The most telling stat? Schaub wasn't sacked once. Houston's 2-0 with the defending Super Bowl champion Colts on the slate for Sunday.

Come on dog.. You and I both know you're giving that line way too much credit for those 2 wins. It's a team effort, all I'm saying is Reggie Bush is a more talented and versatile player than Mario Williams and he would be a greater help to the team. They put together a team capable of churning out wins this year, but Reggie Bush might have helped them win a few games last year while Mario Williams did nothing. Overall Reggie Bush is a bigger catch than Mario Williams could ever be.

The Niners drafted on need. We had no QB and there was no Reggie Bush-caliber player in that draft. Bush was supposed to be a for-sure #1 pick, but then Houston ended up with that pick and blew it.

I know they needed D-line help, but they needed help everywhere. And when the Niners chose Smith they were already satisfied with their linebackers (at the time)..

Get the fuck outta here with that shit.

Have you ever thought that Matt Schaub might just flat out be better than David Carr? Schaub is looking good, maybe he's just better than David Carr in that system. That doesn't mean Carr is a "bum" and a horrible QB, it only means that Schaub is looking like the better QB.

Tony said:

That is definately not the reason. They'd probably have a more high-powered offense if they went with Bush and they'd definately pose a bigger threat.
