cool little details in this episode that went unnoticed on my first watch, here are a few examples I found on the internetz:
-Really awesome details of the White Walker entering the burning house and the flames go out as he walks:
Gfycat - jiffier gifs through HTML5 Video Conversion. Fast, simple gif hosting without size limits.
(This also could have some implications; I wonder if this scene was designed specifically to convey that you can't just use fire, and regular weapons against The White Walkers. For these guys you need dragon glass and dragon steel. For the wights, fire kills them no problem.)
A Crow Wight
Some of the wights have Stark helmets. So they must be very old:
