There's a lot more characters in the book giving her guidance. Her randomly telling that guy they're getting married felt weird because there's a giant lead up of people telling her that she needs to wed a noble to create peace but she doesn't want to because of Daario. Seems like a lot of it would be confusing without the buildup
I haven't read that far. In the show it caught me off guard when she said that. But I had no way of knowing it differed from the books, to me it just seemed like she's making decisions on her own without anyone she trusts there to help her so she's just winging it lol.

Were the stonemen, the people with grayscale in the book?

Yeah but it's entirely different circumstances. I don't remember if you started ADWD but Tyrion is with a group of characters that aren't in the show, and they're traveling on the Rhoyne River (which is why Tyrion says it can't be the Rhoyne on the show lol). It sucks that they cut out the other characters because they're presumably really important to the books (and there's tiddys) but I think they can make it work for a little while with just Jorah the Explorah

Well, i believe i read somewhere that the show is going to venture further away from the books on some things becuase some of the things in the book are super tedious and dont translate well to the show.

Supposedly they'll have different ways of getting to the same end results. That's what I keep hearing anyways. The speculation is George R.R basically telling the producers what he has planned/in mind on how certain things will go, so we'll see. Some stuff they cut out makes sense for TV given 10 episodes per season, some stuff is kind of odd.

This was my least favorite episode of the entire show. Maybe it's because I'm wanting Ramsey and Cersi get killed every episode
Cersi is such a fucking cunt! I have a feeling that religious shit is going to bite her in the ass though, especially if they find out about Jamie, surely they've heard the rumors about them.

Pretty good episode.

One thing I will say was one of the main reasons I liked this show / the books was the unpredictability of the storyline.

This season especially, seems thing to be getting more predictable.

That was a good twisted episode.

My man Theon is going to make a come back, he's about to blow a gasket lol

I was thinking the same thing, he could've stopped it from happening and stopped it while it was going on. I Understand why he didn't, but the previews for the next Ep. show Sansa trying to get through to him saying they have allies still in the North. Only read Books 1/2 so IDK much of what's going to happen.

rewatched it today and all the stuff in Dorne feels terrible to me. The Sand Snakes are the worst thing on the show and Jaime & Bronn just feel out of place. It's not much better in the book but still, they chose to do this storyline instead of the Greyjoy one which is the most metal shit ever.

This

vs goddamn PIRATE VIKINGS

Ah man, that sounds badass. I always wanted the show to get into the Greyjoys more, we've seen so little of them. Come to think of it, dafuq is Theons sister and pops up to right now? They haven't showed them at all since last season.

But yeah, more Ironborn would be sick, they are some tough ass people.
