I met this OG chinese man at the barbers and his name is YEE. He goes to the barbers to sell ginseng and wheatgrass tea. I copped some ginseng from him and I need to make some tea out of it, but he showed me a couple of things to help me out. Also, I skip through the day without eating (thats bad), and I haven't been drinking enough water lately, and these contribute to head aches. What tips or techniques do you have?

If you're going to take pills for a migraine....Just take Exedrin (sp?) Migraine...I've had friends who get really bad migraines, for days at a time sometimes....And those seem to work very well...along with smoking weed and drinking water.

Its the lack of water and diet. I eat breakfast every morning, but I take lunch and dinner when I have the time. Also, I haven't been drinking enough water lately, and now that I think about it, all teh times I recall having these head aches it happened when I didn't eat like I should have or didn't drink enough water.

Heresy, you really need to see a Doctor, and I hope you're not one of those Christians that say, well if I have faith in God I don't need a doctor. God didn't give man the Inspiration of Medicine for nothing. My Sexy ass homegirls Mother, had bad Migraines, and the Doctor thought nothing of it. She ended up being half blind, she had 2 strokes, went in a coma then died. If a doctor says it's nothing, their Bullshitting you, they'll always say it's just a bad headache, but be persistent!
LMAO! Thanks for the concern everyone but its not serious. I just need to drink more water and eat right instead of drinking a bit of water and eating meals late at night. But stress was a major factor in my life the past 2-3 years, and when I did get a check up a year ago all my levels like blood sugar, cholesterol<--sp??, blood pressure etc were on point.
