Halloween getting shitty reviews

Okay so I just got back from the theatres about an hour ago, an I have to say....
If it wasnt for the dome action I got I would've gotten up an gotten my money back Lol!

Story was wack as fuck... I'll admit the violence was cool; but it had no subject, no meaning, no real point to it... Dude just came around on Halloweens killed a grip of random people...
How u gonna be a round every year for Halloween an shit jus posted with that mask on walkin around in broad daylight... an where'd he live for like a year in between holidays? Too much shit didn't make sense to me, idk maybe I'm just thinkin too deep for a horror movie lol but this shit was kinda weak to me.

ummm have u ever seen the rest of the movies lol i think u missed the point because u was to busy gettin some head, basically it showed why michael myers was the way he was. why he massacared his family and why he refused to have any living relatives and why he hated them so much. lol @ where did he live between holidays... ummm he was in the sanitarium. then he somehow escaped every halloween lol. that is kinda dumb tho. but yea that was the point.

That movie was sick as fuck, people are crazy saying it sucked. Dude getting head in the theatre must not be a fan from way back. He didn't come out every Halloween, hell, he was in the asylum for 17 years. I don't think you were paying much attention.

I personally think the remake is better than the original, and WAY better than any of the sequels.

The new one has a lot more backstory to it, goes into depth about Michael as a kid. Shows what happened to his family, which they never really explined in the original. The last half of the movie is pretty much exactly like the original.

It was a good movie. The only question I had was how did he end up knowing what his sister looked like after 17 years if he had only seen her as a baby? The truck scene was pretty stupid because it didn't explain shit. What happened to the semi? Also, where does Michael take a shit at? I mean after all that killing, your stomach has to be telling you, "Damn motherfucker this is sick, let's relax and smoke some blunts? Only if it's okay with you first Michael?"

Saw it Last night.
It was pretty good, i liked it.
Havnt seen a "scary" movie in theaters in along time and Halloween was cool to see.
Hella bloody&&gorrey too.

The theatrical version was better overrall than the workprint that leaked online, although the ending was obviously thought up by some gay movie executive that thinks every horror movie has to end the same way. Rob's original ending was better. Definitely another keeper from Mr. Zombie though.
BTW the girl from Halloween 4 and 5 is in this movie getting topless.

yeah, I was hoping they'd explain how he knew where his sis would be. I mean, it makes sense she'd be in Haddonfield.. but how did he know where her adopted parents lived? And when I held that picture up in front of the moms face to get answers, he just killed her without any answers. Didnt make sense.

Hella been waiting for this movie to drop for over a year. What's different about the one in theatres compared to the one that's online??? I'm debating on whether watching the bootleg we got or watch it in theatres.

everything about that movie was koo.... killing scenes were off the hook... hella gore... i was stuck to the screen the whole time.... i recommend this to anyone who likes the halloween movies.... and to anyone whos trynna start gettin into them.

I thought this movie was great ...I think Rob Zombie should remake some of the older horror flicks as well ...
