This is one of the worst hospitals I have ever visited. A huge, echoing place with long corridors extending in all directions, no one at the reception desk, a woman I consulted at one desk didn't know anything about the hospital, "ask her," "ask her," etc. Scarcely a nurse's station in sight, took me 15 minutes to find a drinking fountain. My daughter came in from the emergency room with flu symptoms; masses were discovered in her abdomen. She was put in a bed and then basically ignored. A different doctor each day. Promised an MRI, waited 2 days, then checked herself out in disgust. Asked for a sandwich, asked for water, got neither. The woman who came to do her IV left her with a bloody arm, tried to put it in her hand, poked and prodded, poked again and again -- it was obvious she had no idea what she was doing. DO NOT go to this hospital if you can possibly help it. Go to Northwest, where they will take care of you. My daughter was advised by her own doctor never to go there again.
Ok, and? You know how to copy and paste a google review, congratulations.

You think I give a fuck what the reviews are on doctors and nurses? That has absolutely zero to do with me, so yea ok cool story bro

On August 15th 2014 my pain levels were way above scale of "10" Pushed call light button with no answer. So, for over 8 hours not one person came in to check on me, I had to cancel my own call light after 45 min in severe pain. I manged to record parts of the call light times. Then the pain was so bad I could not move, nor cry out anymore. I may had passed out I had reached for my phone to dial '9-11" then my phone fell and broke the front screen. At 0845 on the 16th the next shift nurse came in and witnessed my condition, she was very upset that not one person checked on me. And had to apologise for the neglgance of the person/Tech who was responsible on checking me every 30 to 45 min. As a former Tech myself, I NEVER ignored call lights, and, always checked on all my patients every 30 to 45 min. Good thing I didn't fall or bleed out. No one brought me water either. Nurse Pam, the next shift nurse was furious about that too. Reason I'm writing this now is because this hospital has been stalling long enough. I know for a fact if this goes to trial. I'll make sure my attorney hires jury who have had kidney stones and know the pain that comes with it. Then ask themselves if they could handle being in that much pain over 8 hours when yelling, crying, for medications yet not one staff member answered. I have all their names now thanks to inside resources, hate to do that but if TMC continues to stall then Subpenas need to be sent out to these staff , including all the Doctosrs who were aware as well. Stone was 12 MM and very very painful.. Well its been two weeks since TMC has reopened my case of neglecting my request of pain medications for over 8 hours. Advocate dept. Stated they were putting a nurse to investigate who is unaware of what happened the night of 8/15/2014. However, a nurse who works at TMC and more than likely knows some or all the nurses who work on the 800 unit. If TMC's administration can't pick up a phone and call me back then I'm sure I can get their attention in other ways by notifying States Governments who also have their own investigations to get to the bottom of these issues. I will call Advocate Dept. On 10/14/2014 . I'll keep the public posted until all this is resolved. 10/16/2014...Again, not one person within the TMC administration has notified me since they reopened my case of negligence.
