edit: dont think thats all ill be driving the car, lol, itll be my main transportation everywhere i need to go, just the reason for it looking classy is for first impressions, work, look professional, whatever

There's no better impression than rolling up in an SS and watching people guess what you'll look like. Maybe it's because I'm big and white, but I always get a kick out of people gawking at me when I step out the black sedan.

this guy knows what hes talking about. Japanese cars for commuting and labor/parts wise. Not to mention good gas mileage, im ignant when it comes to this though lol i preffer chevy's.. gives a fuck about gas prices chevys the shit.
Ya he does know what he's talking about. I have a camry that has been going strong for years now and doesn't look like it's gonna change anytime soon. As a word of advice, never buy a brand new car, once the car is driven off the lot it's value deflates dramatically. Get one a year or less old.

indeed, and yea, im pretty ignorant to a lot of this too, cause i love chevys, but im trying to stay open minded on this

Well, if you drive the Impala right it gets 17mpg in the city and 26 on the highway. I know it's not near as great as some, but you also have a four speed transmission and a good deal of high rpm torque. That balances itself out for me. lol
