As a fellow Giants fan i must say... This could be bad my friend!

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Moving aggressively to reshape their team, the Giants agreed Sunday to a $26 million, four-year contract with Edgardo Alfonzo, a move that could end Jeff Kent's tenure in San Francisco.

...After negotiating with Kent for weeks, the Giants told Kent on Sunday that they needed a decision on their latest offer. When Kent's agent, Jeff Klein, declined the deal, San Francisco locked up Alfonzo, who can play second or third.

He batted over .300 last year, might be major, might not be, but its better then D.Bell if hes going to 3rd, worse then Kent if he goes to 2nd. It will matter how MAJOR of a signing it was when Kent makes his decision.

probly not, but you never know i mean no1 else out there wants kent and the big pricetag. the only ones that were interested were my DODGERS and now they are content to just go with their super rookie Joe Thurston

Yea i forgot about Durham... fuckit if the guy can run fast and catch throw his ass in center, he could do atleast as good as bernard, i know he can bat better! CZAR, you know you guys lost Ordonez right? You got someone from Tampa and a draft choice i think.
