the thing about all that is that the game is forever evolving, the police and these agencies aint playin no more, they aint givin out no passes to no one.. the streets are under a microscope.. it aint like how it used to be, muthafuckas is tellin.. u put some fear in somebody heart, they gon tell on u.. basically everybody tellin on u, if u look at it from a first 48 perspective (because everybody tellin on there).. to put it all in a nutshell if u gon get ur hands dirty, u better keep it to yaself, dont take no homies, handle it on ya lonesome.. if its just u, then u aint gotta worry bout nobody sayin nothin!! the game is changin for real and its only gon get harder.. it make me feel sick to the stomach just typin about it..
thing is though...The Government/Public law enforcement is in place to keep order, not intervene or help out...the whole purpose of the consitution was to allow civil liberties, the right to own something, freedom of speech & Assembly..yadi..yah...and keep the government out of shit.
Alot of people think it's the goverment responsibility to help others, and it's not written out that way....they can set up things to assist, but I don't see it as there responsibility, and alot of people think of the government that way these days...I personally would rather keep the bearuecrats out of everything, cause they can't make correct decisions for 47th & Imperial from the 14th floor of an office building.
culuture is way different now....expecially since tv & movies have glorified gangbanging...so it's not a community policing thing anymore, or even a protection thing anymore...just a bunch of John Waynes.....that's just the way I see...but I get most of my info from the TV..haha
like in New York, when they took down the Mob, it opened up the door for all the knuckle heads to come out, cause there was no more control in the neighborhoods.
just like whats happening in TJ now, they cut the head off the snake, so now it's a free for all....and a power struggle.
somethings got to change one way or another...people dying over ideaology and they don't even understand why it was created in the first place...

If your guilty, your guilty, that's the way I see it. If your fucking around, breaking the law, your eventually going to get caught.
I can understand if your innocent, then yeah that fucking sucks. But I'm sure a lot of the people that got rounded up are indeed guilty of some crime. They just had it coming.
It's just the price you gotta eventually pay if you continue to live a life of crime or acquaint yourself with those individuals.

why is it that poor working class white neighborhoods are generally VIEWED AS safer than poor working class non-white neighborhods?
are the circumstances different? what makes them different, the actual situation or the created culture for that situation?
is there a valid justification for beating the death out of somebody or exploding someones face with a kimber when they call you a pussy? Whats the difference in the outcome if you just whopped dudes ass in a fair fight? You still did the exact same thing in both situations by asserting your dominance. but with the later the only thing got hurt was someone pride.
