i think you might wanna read that news report again. cuz it said she was waiting in the lot for the bitch . when she saw her she ran out and started throwin blows at the scrap bitches head and knocked her down. then started to stab her and the bitch got up and ran. so she didnt stab no one from behind. DONT BE MAD CUZ SAN JO GOT GIRLS THAT ARE MORE DOWN THAN GUY SCRAPS AHAHA.
Trust me bro I could give 2 shits about "Scraps" lol! So ain't no mad, especially me..... What I said was it was a cheap shot, nothing more, nothing less! Your statement in bold seems to contradict and differ 4rm the story reported! She had stab wounds to the upper back and to the back of the head.:ermm: NO stab wounds in the front so obviously ANYONE with common sense would know she was most likely blindsided!

1st story:
A surveillance video camera at Oak Grove High School in San Jose captured Tuesday's brutal stabbing of a female student by another girl.

"There was no fight at all," said Chris Schroeder, director of school safety for the East Side Union High School District. "The victim is walking, and it clearly shows another girl runs up behind her and starts stabbing her in the back. She was absolutely blindsided."

The 17-year-old victim, whom the Mercury News is not naming because she's a minor, was stabbed 10 times and is recovering in a local hospital. The alleged assailant, a 16-year-old sophomore, was arrested and will be expelled.

Prosecutors said they were reviewing the case late Wednesday afternoon and had not decided on charges - or whether to charge the student as an adult.

San Jose Police Department investigators were at Oak Grove Wednesday conducting follow-up interviews. Police also found the knife used to stab the girl: Another student apparently took it soon after the attack, broke it and tossed the blade into a sewer.

Extra police officers patrolled the Oak Grove campus Wednesday, in addition to the two officers who work daily six-hour shifts. But by all accounts, the day passed without incident.

Schroeder said the videotape, which has been turned over to police, is eerie to watch.

The victim is walking in the faculty parking lot, then the attacker approaches from behind and begins stabbing her in the back. The victim falls to her face, then gets up and begins to run. Rumors are swirling through Oak Grove that the attack was gang-related. Schroeder said Wednesday that the attacker is affiliated with a gang, but the victim is not.

"I would not call this gang-related," Schroeder said. "But a gangster was the one who did the stabbing."

He added: "To commit a crime like this, to be that violent - what kind of disconnect is that from reality? You don't stab people."

2nd story:
Santa Clara County prosecutors Thursday charged a 16-year-old Oak Grove High School student as an adult - accusing her of attempted murder after she allegedly stabbed another girl 10 to a dozen times with a knife while on campus.

Why do police believe Claudia Citlali Montalbo violently attack her fellow student?

The 17-year-old victim allegedly called Montalbo a "buster" a few months ago, according to a court document authored by San Jose detective Mike Anjari. "Buster" is a derogatory term for Norteño gang members.

Montalbo appeared in a Santa Clara County Superior Court on Thursday afternoon. Her arraignment was scheduled for May 27. She also faces a gang enhancement for the attack, alluding to her suspected involvement in a gang.

The Mercury News normally doesn't identify juveniles who are accused of crimes, but does so when they are charged as adults.

The charge states that she stabbed the girl "for the benefit of, at the direction of and in association with a criminal street gang."

Montalbo has admitted being in a Norteño gang, according to court documents, and reportedly has several gang tattoos, including one on her chest with the name of a murdered gang member and one on the back of her neck that says "Sharkstera" - an allusion to the hockey team and used by gang members to identify themselves as being from San Jose.

She was also charged with a previous robbery in connection with a March 7
incident in which she is suspected of confronting another student then grabbing her cell phone as the victim tried to call her mother. The suspect allegedly asked her, "Are you going to do anything about me taking your cell from you?" A gang enhancement was also added to this charge.
The Tuesday afternoon stabbing at Oak Grove was one of the most violent San Jose school campus attacks in recent years. The victim remains in a local hospital in stable condition.

As the victim was walking through a parking lot to meet her father, Montalbo ran up and knocked her to the ground, according to a court document. She punched her, pulled out the knife and stabbed her in the upper back and the back of her head. The suspect, who showed no remorse, told an officer she skipped class and waited in the lot for the victim because she knew she had a class nearby, the document said.

The mother of the suspect reportedly went to school officials to apologize about the attack.

"She also wants to make certain the parents of the young lady are aware of the fact that she is most apologetic that this has occurred," said Alan Garofalo, associate superintendent for the East Side Union High School District.

Garofalo said Oak Grove, which has 2,600 students, was calm and safe in the aftermath of the attack. He saw no evidence that this was anything other than an isolated incident.

"It's a safe campus," he said. "Schools are microcosms of the community and what occurs in the community oftentimes can spill over into the schools."

I don't know what you read but it DOES NOT say she was throwing blows! It states pretty much the same thing in both stories, except that story #2 said she punched her according to court documents. She came from behind landed a blow and knocked her down, then stabbed her 10 times because she was called a "buster" 2 months BEFORE the altercation. Why didn't she bomb on her on sight when she was called "Buster" in the first place, face 2 face? I know for a fact if a true Norteno was called a "buster" by a rival, he'd bomb on sight regardless.... Not waiting 2 months after!

Coward shit running up from behind & taking a cheap shot.

The girl that got shanked isnt even a southsider, she was just some chick that had something to say A MONTH PRIOR. No chunkin em before the stabbing, just a "wait, run up, stab in the back"

Definitely not an honorable crime in the least.

Homegirl better learn to eat pussy real quick & make herself useful in the clink.
LOL thats what I was exactly I was trying to convey! I don't mind Nortenos putting in work but put it in the right way...... face 2 face, toe 2 toe, blow 4 blow @ the moment of impact, not 2 months later! That is where you get respecto. But I pretty much get called a scrap sympthatizer and I'm mad cuz Nortena homegirls are putting more work than many sureno dudes because I'm giving my opinion on the situation. I could give a fuck about Surenos cuz I'm 4rm Northern Califaz, but do the work the right way...... Thats like playing football and you truck some one from the blindside instead of going head up, helmet 2 helmet! Peeps are going 2 know who is down when the time comes and who is not.

You're right there isn't rules and they weren't in the ring but do you think if you were called a buster or a chapete you wouldn't bomb right on sight if you were disrespected? You think your homies are going to except that and let it slide? Most likely no!
