How long does it take an ambulance to get to a shooting? Especially in a packed city like SF? I saw the ambulance roll up in the video, so it took less than 10 minutes from the start of that video.

ALSO, why do people keep saying the cops left him there to die? The motherfucker was pronounced dead almost 3 hours later at a hospital. That tells me he wasn't dead on the street like everybody else keeps saying.
