Okay smart guy. You've been ridin on Wayne a lil too hard in this thread & in a few other ones from what I've read. I can understand that your a fan but chill lil homie. I love the underground & stopped fuckin with the mainstream years ago cuz of the qaulity of mainstream music, not cuz they are blowing up & my fav underground artist isn't. I'm glad my fav artist isn't blowing up cuz as soon as they do I'm gonna like them even less. They'll be all over BET, MTV etc & I'll eventually get tired of them. I'd prefer them to stay underground. I don't give a fuck about my favs on the radio cuz I don't listen to the radio. I don't give a fuck about them getting video play cuz I don't watch Rap City & all of them other video shows & I don't watch the VH1 Hip Hop Honors & BET Hip Hop Awards cuz they don't respect the indie rap game. They act like only mainstream artist exist. They don't have an catagory for best indie album or nothing.
And weather its a "conspiracy" on West Coast rap, I don't know. I just wanna hear good music. And FYI Lynch doesn't spit basic & simple rhymes homie. That dude is incredible when it comes 2 wordplay just like Tech N9ne. Those dudes are ahead of time. Wayne isn't.

i wouldnt say im riding waynes nuts at all cuz i can admit that some of his shit is simple and childish and not tight at all.

how fucking sad is that? its clearly NOT about tha music anymore ... its sad that MOST people these days who listen to your 50 cents/ Lil Waynes/Kanyes form their opinion based on how much money they have or how high up their video is on the TRL countdown. Ive been in many arguments with many different pro-mainstream people and they ALL have the exact same refute. I guess if you dont go platinum your basically shit.
And while there are some fans who appreciate these dudes for their music, for every 1 of them dudes theres 10 sheep that like it because BET/MTV/the neighbors dog told them to like it.

some people do the exact opposite. they think if an artist DOES sell 10 mil then they are automatically "pop" or that they sold out.
I personally listen to every type of hip hop, from mainstream to underground, some artists I like some I don't... as long as the music is good then I'll listen
