I hate doing this shit. But I need mo cheeze! Trying to get this job at this casino. I've worked there a couple times before, and it sucks. But it's money in the pocket, and plus I grew up with some of the workers there. So it's not like it's going to be boring. haha

security at the casino. I already know I can get the job. My resume isn't impressive, but it's not wack either. But I haven't sent them my resume the last couple of times, and still got a nice job, and even got promoted once, but I fucked that shit up lol

LOL yeah that's what I am struggleing with right now. Trying to figure out the dates and shit. I can come up with the months, but not the days. I also hate the interviews. I don't even know what to say at them anymore. Since my last two jobs were hired right on the spot.

i filled out 10 online apps and not one call.
Call them... give them a few days to look over your apps then hit them up every few days to check on the application... It'll show them that you really want a job, and if you have a good record, and with decent contacts you should be straight... good luck man...

i say you gotta shake em down for a job , herrass them and threaten them with violence but dont start out gung ho , go in ask to speak to the manager be polite and each time get more agressive and pushy then if that doesnt work threaten to burn down the establishment if they dont hire you and if they try to call your bluff do it ! also you might wanna beat up your perspective boss first start with threats then beat up him/her also the first beating shouldnt be bad , the second worse , the third make sure you break bones.

Just make a real nice resume in CareerBuilder and i guarantee if it's good and you've had atleast one job for a year or more you'll get calls about jobs.

I get calls and emails but the jobs are mostly sales and i hate commisioned jobs.

when doing a resume. list your jobs in order for the past 7 years. but only detail the ones that are relevant to what your applying for.

like I was a manager @ verizon in 2001 I detail that

when I was a warehouse dude in 04 I don't put to much extra info. I put date span and city/state

I work in an office now I didn't put in that I worked at uhaul back in the day

but then again i ve had a shit load of jobs in the past 7-8 years
