I agree wit red dragon. We as consumers/fans expect are favorite rapper to come with heat evey single time n I think if we feel there falling off us as fans should be able to say shit was a lil wack. Not to be disrespectful but rappers are always talkin bout keepin it real but when it comes to there music we shouldn't. Rappers should be glad to get honest feed back. One of my favorite rappers is Cellski. I buy majority of his shit n some of his shit hasn't been up to par as in the past. So by me saying it's kinda weak he shouldn't get mad at me for my comment. Entertainers need to realize with no disrespect that alot of there possesions was made possible by there blood sweat n tears and also are pockets.

First of all, I never said that opinions shouldn't be stated. I said that people need to quit sneak dissing then hiding behind "it's just my opinion." The main point that I'm saying is that commenting on a thread by saying, "I don't like this song," or "I don't like this album" does nothing for anybody. That type of negativity is pointless. Why click on a thread just to say you don't like the song/album? Would you go to Stalin's album release party and say you don't like the song/album? It's just pointless and it leads to bullshit. You can constructively criticize something without spewing negativity. People on here don't seem to understand that. Tell a rapper how their shit could be better, tell them why you not feeling it. Don't just say you think their shit sucks or their last album was better and leave it at that.

And I didn't admit to shit about Soulja Boy. CAIN brought up Soulja Boy as someone who is constantly called garbage, but I can't remember one time on Siccness where I've even commented on a Soulja Boy thread. And even if I have, we are talking about rappers that post on this site. I wouldn't talk down on any rappers music to their face because that's disrespectful. So why talk down to rappers on Siccness?

Mobb music, backpack rap, political rap, there's a bunch of rappers from the Bay with different styles that's gettin it in. But you don't see them discussed on these forums cuz in case you haven't noticed Siccness bills itself as "#1 Gangsta Rap Source" so what type of rap do you expect to get covered on here???

Are you kidding? Do you not see the difference between pointless negativity and positive reinforcement? The negativity is one of the reasons why the Bay is constantly stepped on. Everybody got something negative to say. From the fans, to the producers, to the artists. I'm not saying you can't criticize, I'm saying putting shit down for the fuck of it does nothing but compound the existing problems in the Bay.

i think if a rapper or anyone else is gonna take good criticism then they have 2 take the bad 2. cant have 1 without the other. some rappers get butt hurt tho and go 2 bitchin cuz someone doesnt like what they do/did. i get good and bad criticism daily. i appreciate the bad a lil more cuz i can talk 2 them and if they are not just a hateful fucc usually they will tell u specifically what they dont like. from there u can take that criticism 2 elevate ur own game or decide that ur just not aimed in their direction.
