If a muthafucca dont like your shit, so what. Some will, some wont. For someone to give they opinion and say that they aint feelin somethin, I mean as long as you aint being disrespectful with it. If you aint feelin it, you just aint. Everyone is entitled to they own opinion. I put it like this, I NEVER in my life bought ANYTHING from No Limit Records (even when they was hot), just cause I wasnt feelin it, didnt take no bread from P's pockets, cause there were alot of people that DID feel his shit and what he was doing. Just based on that alone, cuz is caked up now. Who knows, you may be from the Bay Area and your shit might not be hittin out here, but in OKC, and parts of the mid-west, they cant get enough of your shit, and YOU ARE THE MAN. It is what it is. Stop looking to just get approval from the "locals" STRIVE to put your shit out on a nationwide/worldwide platform.

Look at the South, Gucci man. If ANY cat from Cali came out with anything soundin like Gucci (lyricwise) he would prolly be laughed outta California, but there is a market for that shit!! That same fool could slang his shit in the South and come up.

Here's a suggestion, if you don't like something, why comment on it? I skip thread after thread on this board because I'm either uninterested or I dislike who/what is being featured. I don't feel the need to broadcast my distaste for certain rappers when they're music comes up. Do you niggas really think your opinion is that important that you have to tell the rapper that their shit sucks? Spreading negativity doesn't do anything but breed more negativity.

I agree that rappers that log onto Siccness need to quit being so fucking sensitive when somebody ain't feeling their shit, but I feel like it's certain Siccness members that crave attention and purposefully talk down on rappers, then say it's "just my opinion." And it's obvious when ppl on here be doing this because it's always the same rappers that they go at. They know they finna get a rise outta Berner, or Ap.9 before they give their "opinion," yet they act surprised when they get cussed out.

This is "just my opinion" but Red Dragon gettin your feelings so hurt over a internet message post is some hoe shit. Committing mass murder cuz a rapper dissed you on the internet? You need to get out the house more buddy.

And I went and checked the post where Stalin allegedly said suck my dick. Why are you so quick to even assume it was really him? It was posted from another account, maybe it was actually the user impersonating Stalin, or maybe someone hacked into his account and decided to start some shit using his account. This is the internet, who the fuck knows?

If you don't like someone's music that's your right. If they don't like you for that reason that's their right. Bump their shit or don't.

HOW MANY TIMES HAVE U SAID SOULJA BOY SUCKS, C'MON WIT THAT
Does Soulja Boy post on this site? I said niggas saying negative things to get rise at of rappers that they know will respond. Everybody knows which rappers watch these boards. Just like when you were "twitter beefing" with Fab...everything you said started with "@mistahfab" cuz you knew you would get a response. There is a difference between constructive criticism and plain disrespecting a niggas work.

I understand there are some people who purposely try to get a rise out of rappers on the siccness, and that's not necessary, but are you saying nobody should voice their opinions on anything if it's negative? Or if the rapper posts on the siccness we're not supposed to say anything negative?

you said you "don't feel the need to broadcast my distaste for certain rappers when they're music comes up." but in the next post admitted you've talked bad about soulja boy. people ont he siccness can talk bad all fuckin day about soulja boy, lil wayne, drake, or any mainstream rapper... but when they say something negative about a Bay rapper they're hating and trying to get attention...

maybe people just wanna voice their opinions because that's what we do here... discuss topics by voicing our opinions! If I hear an album and I'm not feelin it I have a right to say I'm not feelin it... and say why.. whether it sounds to commercial, mixing and mastering sucks, lyrics are garbage, it don't matter. If a rapper is mad about that, maybe he should step his game up.

And yeah these rappers have a right to talk shit back to the fans, but then the fans have a right to talk more shit to the rappers, etc. etc... to me it's just a sign of immaturity and shows some people haven't learned how to handle the limelight yet.

And yes like I said... I agree some people are just flat out hating for no reason... and want attention... but as far as the guy who made this thread and his comments about AP.9 and Stalin... I don't think that was the case... I think he was just voicing his honest opinion

some people are hateful and just wanna start shit, especially over the internet cuz its a keyboard and a monitor and not human to human. cmon now its just music, and its not that serious to catch feelings over what you read on your computer screen. as long as somebody out there is making good music i don't got shit to bitch about online related to music.

The reason is because MOST of the people on here are "industry insiders" and really are haters cuz they feel that their camp is gonna bring Hip-Hop back. Which looks to the untrained eye as everybody on the siccness are haters. It's getting harder to differentiate fans from fake ass industry insiders. Real fans get caught in the crossfire.

Wow I got 2 both commend you and say hey wtf?

I really respected the first paragraph you put down here but here is the reason why I disagree with this method.

It seems that on this board you are pretty much pushed to a point 2 where you have to keep your mouth shut unless you spittin rainbows and kisses or you gunna get stoned.
If everyone kept there mouth shut and never said what they thought where would we be at?
If something is laid out in public for everyone to see chances are your goin to get a few people who feel the same way about something...
And if nobody spoke on it because they all decided 2 keep quite than that whole notion goes unoticed.

Just because something happens 2 be negative doesn't mean it should go ignored. It should be the direct oppsite so that the issue is noticed so it may be takin care of...
If my engine in my car was about to go out I'd want to fucking know about it.

I agree negativity does spread more negativity but only if its negativity without a point...if you can be man enough to stay on point the negativity will be drowned out by progression and perseverence to fix whats negative.

There are people who come on this board just to get a rise and act like a retarded kid with ADHD.

But that rarely happens as much as you get the people already judged as such just because they have a disagreement with somebody.

I never tried to get a rise out of nobody who didn't ask 4 it.

And to dude talkin bout Colombine and the Autograph n such...that was pretty hilarious.

First of all, I never said that opinions shouldn't be stated. I said that people need to quit sneak dissing then hiding behind "it's just my opinion." The main point that I'm saying is that commenting on a thread by saying, "I don't like this song," or "I don't like this album" does nothing for anybody. That type of negativity is pointless. Why click on a thread just to say you don't like the song/album? Would you go to Stalin's album release party and say you don't like the song/album? It's just pointless and it leads to bullshit. You can constructively criticize something without spewing negativity. People on here don't seem to understand that. Tell a rapper how their shit could be better, tell them why you not feeling it. Don't just say you think their shit sucks or their last album was better and leave it at that.

And I didn't admit to shit about Soulja Boy. CAIN brought up Soulja Boy as someone who is constantly called garbage, but I can't remember one time on Siccness where I've even commented on a Soulja Boy thread. And even if I have, we are talking about rappers that post on this site. I wouldn't talk down on any rappers music to their face because that's disrespectful. So why talk down to rappers on Siccness?

Hey man I understand what you saying, and I'm not saying you should bite your tongue when you don't like something. I'm saying you should do more than just state that something is "wack," or "overrated," or simply that you don't like it. We gotta remember that rap is a passion for most rappers (the good ones anyway). To come on a website and say "I don't like your music" and leave it at that is somewhat of a slap in the face. That's personal to a lot of rappers. Instead of getting personal, offer up some constructive criticism.

It shouldn't be hard to say "I really didn't like the track/album" and move on. Especially if that is all they are asking. Did you like it or not?

It shouldn't come down to someone not liking it, and then trying to be funny with their insults of the music. And artists shouldn't be on here arguing with anyone over an internet post. They should be working on music, and the team behind you is supposed to take care of your posting.

If you don't want to hear bad stuff, don't post it, and especially don't ask what people think about it. You have to take the good with the bad.

Also, no one should die from an internet thread... no - mass murders, no - I'll find you and murk you, no - I will put money on your head ... none of that.... this is music.

If you can't say simply that you like or don't like something, then don't say anything. No one needs a half ass comedian trying to test material on threads.

That's my opinion, which I'm entitled to express, like everyone else. We are all fans of music!
