Couple of my favorite recipes for sandwiches.
1. Luther w/Spam
-2 glazed doughnuts
-1 hamburger patty
-2 slices of spam
-1 slit Kielbasa link (cut to the size of the doughnuts)
-2 slices of velveeta cheese
Heat the doughnuts in the toaster oven, melt some cheese on the hamburger patty as it cooks, and assemble use both doughnuts as buns, you got you
2. Flavor Country Sandwich
-2hamburger patty
-turkey (cold cuts)
-2 slices of spam
-2 slices of velveeta cheese
-2 pieces of bread
-mushroom gravy (on the side for dipping)
place everything listed between the bread and cheese and fry it in butter until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, you may want to heat the turkey in the microwave to warm it up a bit beforehand too though, use the gravy on the side for dipping.
3. Grease Burger
-Hamburger patty
-4 pieces bacon
-2 slices pepper jack cheese
-1 slice of tomato
-2 pieces of bread
Fry up the hamburger as usual, save the grease that's in the pan, assemble the burger as you would normally between two pieces of toasted bread, take the sandwich and lay one side directly onto the grease in the frying pan and let it soak up a bit, enjoy.
Try those with that ground pork suggestion I made earlier. And make sure you fry the spam beforehand too, give it a nice browning.
