Anything you'd eat with ground beef, exchange the beef for ground pork. Eat lots of rice and potatoes for the carbs and all that shit, but pork, start fucking up some ham, pork chops, spam, ground pork everything, bacon, hell wrap everything in bacon, gonna have a hotdog? Wrap that bitch in bacon and put bacon in with the buns, save the bacon grease, and fry everything you eat in it, that should help some.
