Sometimes the scale gets stuck for a little bit and it doesn't make any sense; you could be at a calorie deficit and doing everything right but stress hormones, or some unknown factor just keeps it there for a week or even longer, then suddenly theres the expected drop. If it doesn't budge in a couple weeks then I wouldn't change much, just maybe look a little more closely at the numbers. You might think you're eating like (just making up random numbers) 2000 calories a day or 1800 or whatever but really you're eating 2200 or 2000.

Stuck at 204.

I'm ok with it but I really want to hit 180/185 just bc that's what the new goal was.

No matter what I do 204 seems to be the limit.
I know that feel, stuck at 175 for months, I just have to push harder but it's not easy.

going in for op tomorrow so hopefully i starve a bit in hospital

the weird thing is my job has me working out 10-12 hrs a day. heavy lifting/pulling, constantly walking ect.

i figure i gotta let it happen on its own at this point bc i cant cut anything else out lol, there aint shit left to cut out. i even stepped it up on the hikes to a different harder path and NADA.

gonna bbq up some boneless skinless chicken thighs ina bit, gonna prep em with some seasoning.

lol that communist on the city council (literally an admitted socialist) sawant led a BLM protest to the mayors door the other day and the mayor is pissed. is trying to get the city council to investigate and fire her, and literally the next day cops go into chop with full on swat and guns out and clear it out. cant make that up. was the definition of nothing being taken seriously until it came to the mayors front door.

Make your first goal 199. It will be much easier to target and hit.
