Sometimes the scale gets stuck for a little bit and it doesn't make any sense; you could be at a calorie deficit and doing everything right but stress hormones, or some unknown factor just keeps it there for a week or even longer, then suddenly theres the expected drop. If it doesn't budge in a couple weeks then I wouldn't change much, just maybe look a little more closely at the numbers. You might think you're eating like (just making up random numbers) 2000 calories a day or 1800 or whatever but really you're eating 2200 or 2000.
