loooooool top 3 walking home from work incident happened right now. I'm walking up Pike towards my spot and I'm just past Boren for the folks that know the area when this white Escalade comes around the corner and for whatever reason the chick driving slows down to a crawl and yells out the window "I just wanna get high, I wanna smoke some weeeeeed!" and some dude at the bus stop yells back "Bitch this Seattle everyone smokes weed, no ones cares" to which she replies "What you say nigga?" and before she can utter another word a car that had to have been speeding as well just slams in to the back of her ride and shoots her up onto the curb. Luckily no one was on the sidewalk on that side or they would have been fucked. That shit was amazing. Made my night honestly lol Stupid ass broad.

Doing some math i started in may2015 at an unknown weight, never went over my calorie limit and the last couple weeks was pretty clean. Then i bought a scale and weighed myself June1 2015; was 260 exactly. Following my patterns (weighing every 3 days initially) id guess i was at 272lbs. Now im at about 189 give or take water weight. It would've been kind of cool to hit 160 by May1 aka 100lbs in 12months.... But that's physiologically impossible unless i do it dangerous and dirty.... Ill be fine with 185 by june tbh. Slow and steady creates life long habits, its no race.

Maybe ill try it anyway but tbh my metabolism is absolutely corked right now lol,and im getting bad bloating with occasional periodic fasting now it's not really effective any more; quite the opposite i think fasting is triggering stress hormones cause if i overeat by even just 1000 calories after fasting, bam 7-10lbs of bloat instantly that sets me back an entire week minimum
