, do you ever freeze your 'white people burritos' or whatever you call them? I've got a bunch of extra ground turkey, and I was gonna make basically what you describe--super seasoned ground beef, refied beans and cheese (I'd normally throw sour cream and salsa on there too, but not if I'm freezing em). But I'ts going to end up being more than I want to eat in a week, so I was thinking of freezing a few, but I'm worried about the texture getting all fucked up, you got any tips?
