My Chinese folks in LA, who's family are all from Taipei... they all eat red meat still bloody.
like, I wont even eat the bbq at their functions without putting the meat back on the grill.
Or when we go to hot pot, they literally sear the meat for a few seconds on eat side & eat it.

I know Koreans and Japanese eat raw meat sushi style though...
