just did a quick search skimmed through an article i dont every really eat breakfast and never really hungry til noon but yeah im not into a full on diet type thing just try to eat better but its difficult
The thought is Men, as hunters, and warriors never ate 3 full meals. They wake up, and get to work to get there food. Then at the end of the night, you bring home the kill, and eat a large meal. While you were on the hunt for your big meal, all you had to graze was maybe a few nuts, fruit and vegies.

I think the science behind it, is you put your body in a fast / fed state... which keeps your glucagon on in the day ( the hormone that brings down fat for energy) and at night you have one fulfilling meal.

I been basically have a few almonds, and a fruit to last me to the evening, and then have a big dinner where i'm not even concerned with calories. Not fat bastard dinners. Plus the reward of dinner after a full day is very satisfying.
