spring mix, cucumbers, tomatoes, red bell peppers, shredded carrots, a little bit of organic shredded cheese, and a little bit of Annie's Naturals dressing mixed in
just did a quick search skimmed through an article i dont every really eat breakfast and never really hungry til noon but yeah im not into a full on diet type thing just try to eat better but its difficult
don't think I've exceeded 1500 calories in a day since I started this pure organic, vegetable heavy diet like 6 days ago and the dope thing is I never feel hungry between meals
