That's the funny thing, he wasn't. He was a turf/trend hopping art school kid from NYC who moved to the bay, raped a chick, got out because Suge put a lot of money behind him, then moved to LA, became a Blood out of nowhere, took part in jumping a real Crip in Vegas and died because of it.

I just see a big difference between "Marc Jacob" where he's in the projects rapping about expensive clothes, to now where he's doing videos with Andy Milonakis & Kitty Pryde and wearing all $12 Neff shirts from karmaloop, is all.

Dude already had a BET tattoo and was rocking a carved pumpkin chain in that video. I get what you are saying but I think it has been in his plan the whole time. That's also where he is from I guess, in that video. Doesn't mean it still can't be a joke.
