Grilled Plantain with Brown Sugar Glaze
OK yeah technically they're a fruit, but if you have yet to try the awesomeness that is grilling starchy oversized bananas, you should look into it breh. They're beyond basic to prepare and even if somehow you mess up along the way you'll still get something that tastes like a candied bacon fried potato wedge lol. But overall plantains are smacking and seem perfect for summer baseball games.
Like the other respected brehs mentioned earlier, you can't go wrong with asparagus or corn on the cob, especially if you make it mexican stylee.
Other worthy veggies I'll throw out are grilled eggplant, zucchini, yellow squash, scallions.
