I'm going to make an official thread in the open form soon but I thought I'd throw this out there for the Freedom Town brehs to have a look at first. Shea and myself started a page to raise money as a group that will then be donated to the Marfan Foundation in Southern Comfort's memory. Anything will help and the goal can be raised if it looks like we collect more at anytime during the fundraiser. You can do it by credit card or paypal account of course but if someone would like to donate by other means (check or money order) I can PM you my address and once received I'll deposit it in my back account and then make a donation on the youcaring page with my credit card in your name or if you like anonymously as some people prefer.

Also I've only ever used paypal to buy things not collect money or receive payments. I'm sure I can look in the paypal faq but I don't feel like doing that right now so does anyone know how you retrieve your money from the account? I had to link a bank account on paypal to set up the page so I'm guessing I can just move it there when it's all raised? Of course then I'll be making the donation by credit card to the Marfan Foundation with all the money received.
I think you have to link your bank account to the PayPal and it automatically transfers the funds to your account after 48 hours. There might be a small fee too I don't remember though.

Yeah it looks like the bopped 75 cents from my donation. I'll still be making the full amount we raise regardless though, I'll cover whatever the paypal fee is in the end.
