Just got back from Antioch and Pittsburg, finally got to go back to Little J's for a 1lb bacon cheeseburger, its been too long. If anyones ever in the area check them out, great burgers, best tri-tip in Pittsburg. Aaron, the guy that runs the place is a great dude, I haven't seen him in about a year, spotted me and came around the counter to shake my hand and shoot the shit for a minute.

Damn, done with morning routine. Bout to go and spar again at 6:45pm. Double days this week. Ate some lean chili with some chips and cheese (maybe 600 cal) - maybe at a 1000 for the day so far. Trying to stick under 2000 while working hard.
I was leaning towards 240lbs about 3 months ago, weighed myself last Saturday after training, and was at 227lbs + new muscle mass (granted sure there was some water weight loss that moment)

Just had one of those out at this lodge way out in the middle of the fuckin woods about 9,000 feet up the mountain. Dirt roads to get to that shit.

Upon waking up today I felt pretty out of it so I chugged a big glass of water, took a vitamin, two ibuprofen, and half a Xanax and I feel fine now. Huh. Might have figured out the ultimate hangover killer.
