I think the spot i'm talking about is called Finish Line if I remember right, its between 17th and 19th on Bell

Place is a dive bar, but great for cheap drinks. They always had dope beer specials and made their mix drinks strong as fuck. Always cute hoes there too when I went.

Pretty small spot though, had a few TV's and a couple pool tables from what I remember.
