Well honestly I was, and still am, a huge fan of bay area rap from like 92/93 through 98 or so. Around there is where most of it started losing my interest and almost completely by the time the hyphy movement was really going hard. These days there are a few rappers from the bay that I like but really I don't think anyone cares much where rappers are actually from like they did back in the day, I know I don't.
