One of those conventions was going on the same day that six people were shot and killed at a house part after a rave on Capitol Hill here in Seattle. I watched coverage on it all day before heading for work and seeing all the nerds laughing all happy and dressed up having great time gave me a strong feeling of like "fuck what other people think, do what makes you happy in life" and then I ate a meatball sub.

Yesterday at work I was in San Jose and saw some girl dressed up like a kitty cat. Thought it was kinda weird, then I turned a corner and saw 2 more. Made another turn to my stop at the convention center and there were damn near 100 people, ironmans, spidermans, cats, starwars people, all kinds of shit milling about. Theyre having the "Fanime-Con". So I drove on but I was all like...

If I had 25 hours to myself I don't think I'd have any kinda game plan, just kinda wander; the only thing I have reserved in my mind is to go to The Gun Store, the spot where you can shoot tommy guns and uzis and shit.
