yea props for letting the meat rest, I noticed it looked rested and sliced perfectly in that dish. if you had posted a casserole dish that was filled with juices and shit on the bottom i was going to tell you about letting it rest!

that tri-tip looks pretty much as good as it can get, good job man! you got that shit down, props
Yup, my pops is a cook, so he teaches me little tricks of the trade here and there. Tri tip is one of the best things he makes, so he laced me with straight game

one of my friends cooked tri-tip once and hes like a stoner that stops paying attention to shit, so he just leaves it on there for probably 50 more minutes than it needed to be. it was the nastiest beef-jerky like rubbery leather shit ever lol

i need some tri-tip like you cooked that shit looks perfect

he also fried some chicken wings recently and hes like "so when are they done?" and i was like "theyre done now, guaranteed, they were done 3 minutes ago" and hes like "no way im not going to get sick off this, i need to make sure"

then cooked them another 25 minutes. the meat was like toothpicks lol, shards of glass it was so dry
then was too cheap to put a whole bottle of $3 hot sauce on there so they were drastically undersauced as well

someone saying "i couldve been in the nfl" or "couldve been in the mlb or nba" is so hilarious

no, you couldnt have. it doesnt matter how athletic you are, professional players are like 1% of 1% of athletes and athleticism is not the only key factor

keak da sneak and dubee would have never been professional players

This is a really stupid post by you breh. You never know what could have happened if they focused on sports. Some players that are currently pro athletes were slightly above average high school athletes and turned it up in college while also on the other end some high school super stars fizzled out when hitting college as well.

That said guessing "what could have happened" in either direction is just stupid though because you will never know what happened.

"if they focused on sports" which they didnt, which proves they dont have what it takes to be a professional athlete. its not just physical, its mental as well

Still, you don't know what would have happened if they did, neither do I, neither do they, neither does anyone.

A lot of pro athletes also have nothing "mental" going for them (hell some are probably even in the negative there lol), it's all pure athleticism.

I guess what I was trying to say is wondering what "could have happened," positive or negative, about anything in life is stupid and a waste of time because nobody will ever know what could have been.
