The key to tri tip is not just how you cook it, but how you slice it. First you want to wait at least 10 minutes after its done cooking, and you always cut against the grain. If you cut with the grain it will be tough and chewy.

yea props for letting the meat rest, I noticed it looked rested and sliced perfectly in that dish. if you had posted a casserole dish that was filled with juices and shit on the bottom i was going to tell you about letting it rest!

you ever listen to those HD albums snitcher?
nah ive only gave them one or two listen throughs each. one has some autotune shit on it, i think it was finer thangs. one of them sounds kind of weird like i think it was coldest winter ever, some of the songs have some volume issues and hurt my ears with extreme high pitch sounds, i forgot about the emotional bout my guap, dont remember anything about it

the money store is not something i like at all lol
