It's close to the south end of Seattle (hood), both the freeway & highway 99 run by it so lots of drifters, druggies, hoes. The whole city exists because of the airport so just lots of random ass people always coming and going. I wouldn't say it's a really dangerous place even though shit does go down there it's just a really fucking depressing place haha.
