Nah, not Times Square. I'd be even more mad then haha. But it was quite a few city blocks of property in one of the main areas of the Bronx. Probably worth 100s of millions today.

And they already owned the land. It was my great-great-great grandmother who was a dumbass. I forget the exact story but she didn't want to spend a few hundred dollars (which yeah I know was a lot back then) for something and instead let the bank take the land.
