so I was walking last night and seen this chick running goofy, I spoke to this random and corrected her style, ran for a bit with her, chatted and then went shopping
what I realized was, I have now lost enough weight where I can run.. So I ran this morning for 45 min, jog/run/walk, felt great, gonna start running now every day
loaded up on some carbs too, bolognese my fav, but made it hotter with habanero, cajun spices and chilli flakes, delish.
