I give it 3 months and I'll be peak Viking status ready to pillage. Swinging these kettle bells daily is perfect to prepare to swing the battle axe. My war beard is getting pretty long also, another 3 months the war beard will be ready to soak blood.
I've been worried about getting skinny and being below 200, I might just get down to 225 and work on getting my arms and shoulders big and losing the gut. Fuck being a skinny dweeb.
I need to cut down to like 200. I'm at 230 and I can tell everything is growing but it barely looks like it because I'm always full of food with a bloated gut. I bet at 200 I'd look almost buff. Then repeat the process. I might start in April but I dunno
My damn math class got canceled last week because not enough people in it so I had to take a class that starts at 1030. That's like a 3 hour period of free time. Thinking about checking out the student gym and maybe using it or getting a gym membership somewhere else to use up that time. Do cardio and focus on like a half hour or longer of stretching and ab work before every workout
