no, it usually doesn't sit in that exact spot, it's usually pushed up on the wall in the corner, but I literally just plugged in the TV moments before taking that picture.

the only thing I need to do is vacuum up all the little pieces of wall from my accidentally pushing a hole through it from pushing off the wall to slide my chair lol
