got my new neutral grip lat pulldown bar delivered finally after an eternity... was going to just do chest and tris and shoulders at work tonight might as wlel throw back in there too. im at a super calorie surplus and have a shitload of carbs to burn off... its going to be a long sweaty one lol

fucking crazy i weighed so little and now im at 235 (bloated a bit from alcohol consumption and high salt food). probably more like 225. need to cut down to 200-190 then start this bulking process again

youd be surprised how little your bones weigh... i always thought i was big boned but turns out when i became a spooky skellington at 156 i could have evne lost another 10-20 pounds probably. but yeah i weigh a lot, but i legitimately have a lot of muscle. my chest is getting pretty thick same thing with my back. and i dont have huge pythons or anything but my arms and shoulders are pretty muscular now too

just remember 8lbs a month is considered a pretty extreme weight loss pace so if you don't hit 165 by the middle of the year you're doing just fine. i know everyone is different but when i was losing weight a bit too fast my anxiety started going pretty extreme
